Please feel free to upgrade shipping or add additional insurance. All packages are automatically insured with USPS for $100 and all refunds for missing or damaged items must be processed via USPS. I do not except returns or exchanges. All sales are final. I do not promise that the crystals will "work" for their intended purpose. Crystals may be sharp and some may be naturally toxic. Handle with care and keep out of the reach of children and pets. Always wash your hands after touching the crystals. Crystals are not edible.

What you need to know before buying:
1. Payment are due in full by the end of the LIVE SHOW unless you have an approved payment plan.
2. No Refunds Or Cancelations.
3. Shipping Damages / Missing Packages - You must submit a claim with the post office USPS. The post office may also require proof of damage and packaging.
4. Tarot Readings Are For Entertainment Purposes Only - See a professional when needed. - No reading Is guaranteed.
5. Candles Are Highly Flammable. Only burn candles in a safe space and on a fire safe surface. Never leave candles unattended.
6. Crystals - Crystals may be sharp, fragile, or toxic in nature and may pose a choking hazard. Always handle properly and keep them in a safe location away from pets and children. Always wash your hands after handling crystals.
7. I do not guarantee a specific shipping/delivery date. I do my best to get orders out within 5 business days or less. Shipping is flat rate shipping via USPS. - The website will send you tracking information once it has been processed. If you do not get it please let me know. 8. I am not responsible for any misuse / mishandling / misunderstandings of any service or product. Everything is buy/use at your own risk.
9. Crystals are labeled as purchased from my vendors. I am not liable if a material is mislabeled. I always will be honest and provide disclaimers for any uncertainty!
10. The colors of the photos may or may not be exact representation of the color of the crystals due to lighting and focus. There may be slight variation of in-person coloring. I will post photos that are as closely representative of the actual color as possible.
